Our Gift Certificate Program is a very popular incentive tool to reward top performing employees or vendors. As compared to a cash reward, many incentive program administrators prefer a "Gift of Travel" as it creates a positive experience for the recipients that will be rememberred for many years to come.

As a contracted division of Expedia Corporate Travel® (ECT), ePlatinum Travel is made up of highly experienced, individually selected travel agents who provide high-end executive level travel service. Their other function is to provide this type of service for recipients of the Gift Certificate Program and create the finest travel experience possible.

The travel done by gift certificate winners doesn't necessarily have to be "high-end", just the level of service when planning their reward vacation.

All travel certificate purchases go into a designated trust fund and the certificates have no expiration of usage. Your administrator will receive regular reports on fund usage and balances. The recipient may be charged booking fees if requesting air only or if desired vacation requires extensive agent service and planning. Most vacation package and cruise bookings do not carry service fees.

For clients of Expedia Corporate Travel® ordering is a one step process. All the information we need when ordering:

Dollar amount of certificate
Recipient's name
Any special restrictions or instructions not specified in "standard" certificate
Form of payment (a merchant fee will be added to credit card purchases)
If invoice is needed, any special cost allocation code instructions
Requested method of delivery - electronic or paper, and routing
Any special design requests (fee may apply for small orders)
